Habiscus, its... surviving... sorta. I dont know what the other is. http://www.reptileuv.com/reptile-caresheets/bearded-dragon-plant-list.php has a list of safe plants to use. I had a dracini or something like that and she loved it but it died. I'm trying to find something to replace it.

i know this isnt for talking but i was wondering if he could get sun though his glass? i dont have a uvb light cause im broke but it seems like hes doing ok

I dont think it's very healthy, but i have a friend who has an iguana and he doesnt have light at all. has had the thing a long time too

No, they can't get any UVB through glass. And yes, they can and will get a condition called metabolic bone disease from a lack of UVB light, which can kill them or at least permanently disfigure them.

You really need a UVB light. Ordering a ReptiSun 10.0 from petmountain.com and getting a 24" light fixture at Walmart will cost about $35 total.

I am really liking the setup. I absolutely adore the natural look. I wish that I could do something similar, but no where around here sells rocks nor can I find them around my apartment >_< Just make sure of course that those rocks cannot 'roll' and pinch any fingers and tails, especially when your little guys gets larger.

yes id get a 40 breeder or 75 gallon tank if you wanna go with an aquarium. if you want to make your own a 48 by 24 by 24 is a perfect enclosure.

Thought i should update pics of my two's new home, assome of u know i had them together in a home made viv that came with the girly (i think she may be a he though!) so few hundred pounds later and the only thing to change is the coils to tubes. but i love them

I know im going to have to go for tube sooner rather then later as lizzy likes to spend time here, as far from her heat and uvb as poss!
