One question: Are all your places big enough for your beardie to get through as an adult?

Yeah, it is plenty big enough for him. He is an adult now and a full 18 inches. He loves hiding in the back right corner when he goes to sleep at night.

Been working on a new cage for my Spike.

Started as a 9 drawer dresser, now its almost complete, minus some sliding plexi doors, and a few small items. Going to have a Reptisun 10.0 48" strip light, a 100 watt heat emitter and a 150 watt heat lamp.

This is our baby's viv. Its only a 10 gallon right now, but we'll get him a bigger one as he grows. The temps are off because I had just taken everything out to clean the carpet. I'm not sure how old he is because we got him from the pet store. He's a sweet dragon though!!!

I originally built this with the intentions of getting another leopard gecko, but we decided on getting a bearded dragon instead( and very happy about our decision ). It's designed to fit a 29 gallon tank, so unfortunately our beardie will definitely outgrow it. I think I want to try and sell it to use the funds to build our baby a new custom enclosure. Send me a message if interested.

I dont think we paid that much for it. I think it was around $30 or $40. Maybe it was on sale?

It must have been or that petsmart carries a smaller version of it. I just read that it was in a 10 gallon tank so... it must have been a smaller one.

Mama2mc: You did a great job in a 10 gallon tank, and you'll be able to use it in the 40 gallon viv when your baby is an adult.

BeardedDragonFan: What a wonderful piece you built, you know, you could use that against the back wall of the 40 gallon or larger viv and do things around your main piece. It's too nice to see, only my humble opinion.
