Vitamins (which to use?)

i have recently brought nutrabol 100g. i was wondering if there was enough calcium, vitamin d3 ect. in it to keep the BD healthy? or is there anyother calcium powders or vitamin powders that i will need to use. if so which ones and how regularly i should use it. also where to get it. thank you

You should use it alongside pure calcium powder. Nutrobal is the multivitamins and is not enough used alone. i use nutrobal 2 times a week and komodo calcium dust 5 times a week.
