I use just a cheap, generic soft/extra soft toothbrush I get from Walgreens where I work. Nothing extravagant. The bristle length is short enough and as long as it's soft/extra soft it won't scratch them. I picked up this idea from my vet, it's what she does for her own dragons.
PS. Rep-cal makes both a really good calcium product (rep-cal with D3 NO Phosphorous with a pink label in a white jar) and multivitamin called Reptivite. Good products, and really just a dusting of these 3 to 4 times a week, don't over do it but at least 3 times.
