Very runny poop

My 1 year old bearded dragon has had very runny poop for about a week now. It is practically liquid. For a while I thought that he wasn't pooping at all then I realized that it was going into the sand in his cage. I took all of the sand out and replaced it with newspaper so I can keep closer tabs on what's going on and change it more easily. I bathed him and scrubbed his log real good. Does anyone have any advice as to what I might feed him to make his stools firmer? Other than that he eats fine and looks fine.

Hi, Joe. Just out of curiosity, does that poo smell really really strong ?
ALso, what are your temps in the viv, and how do you measure them ?

One day this week our electricity went out and I had to take Rocky to work with me in his "outdoor" cage which has screened rather than glass walls. He had a really runny poop that day and it did smell awful. I haven't noticed the bad smell in his regular aquarium-type cage but we have an air freshner in the room and the sand probably absorbed some of the smell.
I keep his basking spot at 100-105 and his cool spot at 80-85. I measured it about a week ago.
Any thoughts?

Remove the sand, and get a fecal. I am betting it is parasites
