So, I know how susceptible beardies are to infections, so I need to ask. Should i be concerned or is there anything I can do about the fact i was cleaning RJs (my beardie) poop out of a crevis with a q- tip and he ran over and bit the q-tip...WITH POOP ON IT! Not sure what he actually got in his mouth. Keep in mind I was just wiping remnants, so it's not like there was a huge log in the end of the q-tip, and then it was gone. But still,I don't imagine feces in the mouth is proper hygiene. Anybody, anybody...????

Lol that sounds so cute and funny. If he had parasites then he could reinfect himself but I wouldn't be too overly concerned right now.

Yes, it's a serious response.
Dragons sometimes intentionally eat their feces to replenish their gut flora.
