UVB light

What is the difference in the wattage? I have a sunblaster t5 reflector hood.
Also - I have a 40 gallon breeder, would it be alright to hang it inside in the middle to one side, or should i just fixate it to stay on the side with the basking light?

The difference is length. The 24w bulb is 22'' long and fits a 24'' T5 fixture. These should sit as close to directly over the basking zone as possible so the most intense UVB combines with the bright white light and heat of the basking bulb over the basking site.
