UVB bulb???

Hey, I've had my beardie for a while now and haven't changed her UVB in a long time... how often should the bulbs be replaced?
Also... where can I get them the cheapest at!? I am kinda tight on money so I was looking for the best deal, so if anyone knows of a good place, let me know!
Should I get the 5.0, or 10.0 repti-sun? I don't even know the difference! Please help!

Flourescent tube UVB bulbs should be replaced every six months or so - the coating on the bulb wears off over time so the bulb will still put out light but lower levels of UVB. You'll want the reptisun 10.0 - its the most reliable flourscent tube UVB commonly available. You can find it online at petmountain.com for $20.
