URGENT SICK NOSE INFECTION?

hello.
im here for answers
ive noticed my bearded dragons nose looked stuffed up but there was room to breathe and her other was not bothered or ahowing the same signs
i kept monitoring the temperatures and did some reaserch and its winter now and cold
i was sitting with my girl a few minutes ago she made a noise and this came from her nostril (image attached) its mucus like and im really scared
i wiped it off but i got some good pictures to explain whats happening to you guys

Do you say you have another dragon that is not showing symptoms ? If so, do they share a tank ? What are your tank temps, do you bathe the dragon and how much time does she spend out of the tank ?
