Just a little update since my baby lay her 2nd clutch of 19 eggs. Am sorry to say I've lost 3 eggs, or at least think I have. One had a pretty large dimple in it as soon as it was laid but I put it in incubator anyway, just in case. May b infertile, not sure. It hasn't changed any. Another egg collapsed yesterday, not completely but has a sizeable dimple in it now. The third one I noticed 3 days after laying was oozing yolk, I guess u'd call it. It looked to have a tiny hole I didn't see in the top & after starting to ooze it became gray the next day around the hole area and after a couple more days turned darker & darker so I finally took that one out. Dint want it to possibly contaminate other eggs. The rest look great! Poor Miss Fatty (I've taken to calling her Twiggy while she has her slim figure!) is eating like a horse! Doing very well. Every day, I put a large shallow bowl out and let them all take turns having some play time out & in the water. They love it! They're used to getting baths & drink their fill every day. I let them out 2 at the time & they get along with each other very well too! 3 are bros & sis's & I have their mom, Bo, who I guess I'll start calling Granny b4 long! I also set up a place in front of the screen door where they can sit & look out (they absolutely LOVE that!!). I put a blanket on top that drags to the floor so they can come & go from their lookout perch to the floor as they please. I wish I cud post pics but when I try to do so from my iPhone for some reason they won't post. My PC's been nuked with the "fatman-littleboy" virus which devastates ur hard drive so unfortunately the only way I have of accessing the web is with my phone. If I can figure out how to get the pics on here, I'll post them. But everyone is doing great so far & Twiggy's working on fattening up again!
