Hi everyone,
I have a question about one of my beardies. Her name is Dewey Dell, and she's roughly a year old. I got her from a previous owner a few months ago, and she was underweight then and continues to be. She has regular bowel movements and will eat some, but she definitely isn't eating enough.
This may not matter, but she seems to have high hydration needs and drinks a lot of water, though I have to dip her nose in the water to remind her it's there. Essentially, something just seems off both physically and mentally. She's stiff and doesn't move a whole lot, but she will run around occasionally.
I tried getting her waxworms and she wouldn't eat them (the other two do, though they don't need them!). A friend suggested I grind up food in a dropper and feed her that way (like a lizard protein shake, I guess).
Is this a good idea? Has anyone else dealt with this? I'm worried about her.
Thanks,
Courtney
