UNANSWERED! PLEASE HELP! Shedding Slime

So my bearded dragon is shedding of course, and he is almost 6 months now. All that's left to shed is his head, and some parts are coming off. He normally always rubs his head against the log to help get it off, and also scratches at it with his back foot. When I held him I felt the shedding under his beard and it felt slimy. His beard looks fine and undamaged, but I read slimy shedding means scale damage. If it looks fine but there is slimy shedding, is he okay or will the effects show up later?

I'm really concerned because it looks completely fine and healthy, I just don't want it to later be all messed up

Here's the best pics I could get of him. He seems fine and looks fine, and his beard is its usual orange and black mix, I'm just concerned because the shedding was a bit slimy like.

Everything looks fine....a fresh shed may feel slightly moist just for a few moments. You just be sure not to pull on it.

Okay thank you. When I touched the shedding it was cold and a bit slimy, so when I read online about it I was scared. Hopefully he is fine. If not, when he sheds again will it be repaired?

It should be fine. Shedding doesn't usually cause any problem. You're not confusing it with yellow fungus are you ? Can you post a few more pics, like from the front of his beard ?
