I'll post a pic of Myron tonight here. He is so tiny, cute and perfect. Spring was an impulse buy :twisted: LOL but Myron was planned. I've got to say Heather from Fairy Tail Dragons handles her babies rally well. Spring is so happy to have attention.

Grrrrr. Facebook has always been blocked at all my other jobs. I finally get this job here where they don't block it and of course I no longer have a Facebook. I'm celebrating a whole year of being FB-free in June. I know he posted that pic of Myron about to eat Chief and it got some good chuckles. :lol:

I'll post one here, too. Myron makes Spring look huge! She's twice his age! He is so teensy I love to hold him.

Here is Big Chief's new baby, Myron. He is from Brenda Gore. We got the name from the Pittsburgh Steelers - Myron Cope was a big deal with the team back in the day and the founder of the Terrible Towel. Since Brenda and Big Chief are Steelers fans, the name just fit.

Can't wait until he sheds so we can really see his colors. He just shed his tail and one of his legs is starting. It's a full-body shed in little bits. LOL Poor kid.

Well, I guess while we are on the subject of newness, I have to confess we have two beardies that I haven't posted on the forum. We posted threads on our first several beardies and then lost a little steam. :lol: I feel bad, though, because the rest of our beardie kids are great, too. So here are the other two beardies - the adults we got since December.

Beauty is a 3 year old female that we got from a breeder on 12/28 - the same day I got Papa Smurf. That was a busy night! LOL
I love her orange beard. The rest of her body is citrus yellow. She weighs about 750 grams and is 18-1/2" log. She really doesn't do a whole lot and is on a diet 24/7. Mommy sneaks her silkworms and gets in trouble for it. :? Beauty is great to snooze with and pretty much just goes with the flow.

Brutis was a year old on 5/29. We got him about a month ago from a lady we met on this forum who happened to live in our town. She had to move and was unable to take him, so she PM'd my husband and asked if we would take him, and we couldn't refuse. It wasn't a hardship on us because she gave us his entire set up with lights, tank and everything, even a ReptiSun. Even if we would have had to buy everything I would have taken him, especially had I known how sweet he is. He just hangs out with us. He is Papa Smurf's arch-enemy, though, and just a glimpse of Brutis sends Papa into a rage.

Brutis is a Rio Reptile dragon and is a partial trans leatherback. He is a limp ragdoll when we pick him up and is generally relaxed.

Thank you. We really do have a full house, and giving them attention and play time, baths, hand feedings and poo cleaning takes all our free time. It is really hard to give each animal their special attention, and all before lights out, which is 7:00. :shock: Guess that is why we let some of them rotate sleeping outside of their vivs, so they feel special. :love5:

Thank you! I love them all. The leucistic beardies are incredibly cool, aren't they?! Have you seen the new 'Zero' which is a white beardie with black eyes? I wish I understood more about genetics. I see trans and I think of a beardie without white pigment, and I know it's the trans trait that gives them the solid black eyes. So how is a beardie white with the solid black eyes...? I confess I get confused when we start talking genetics at home.

Spring will still have some faint color when she matures, but not much. I can't wait to see how she turn out.
