Too much variety?

I was just wondering if there was such a thing as too much variety in salad for adults? I started off with just a few ingredients to start his salads, buy I find myself adding stuff a lot...like today I made some that consists of...

Collard greens
Bok choy
Red, orange, green, yellow bell peppers
Apple
Yellow squash
Alfalfa
Snow peas
Mashed carrot as a topping


So is it safe offering salads with this much variety? Or do I need to scale it back a bit? Don't worry I'm not paying for ALL these ingrediets, I get the bok choy, peppers, carrots, and peas from work lol

I think variety is good. It allows you to offer a much broader, healthier amount of nutrition. If you can sustain offering salads that varied, go for it. I usually consider a minimum to be 2-3 items per salad on a rotating basis but more is better if you can.

No such thing, if you plan well you want to make sure that your salads are close to a 2:1 Ca ratio - but you can control that with how much of each ingredient you use or by adding supplements to balance it.
