Too much humidity?

I live in southern Illinois and thus the humidity in my house (my dad doesn't agree with air conditioning...) is rather high. Just wondering if there's a humidity range that is too high for breeding Discoids? I've been careful and manage to keep my Beardie's humidity ok, but only recently have I considered my roaches...
