Hi All,

My beardie is doing quite well. Her poo on the other is so very stinky.

I took a microscope slide and touched he defecation then observed. Pictures show eggs. This is NOT a fecal float. Just me touching the slide.

Is the amount too many? Should I treat? I know it’s normal for beardies to have some, but what is too many? I’m seeing these without the float.

Thanks

Based on my untrained limited experience it looks like a few pinworm eggs. These are fairly common and not harmful in low numbers. They are often left untreated unless they are present in large numbers since a dragons system can manage them. If they get into high counts, they are usually treated successfully with a couple of Panacur/Fenbendazole doses.
