Tips for a dehydrated dragon

Hi. I've been keeping an eye on my dragon and I think she's a bit dehydrated. The skin on her sides has become a bit loose and she seems quite tired.

As I type this I've got her in the bath but getting her drink is a nightmare, anyone have any tips on how I can get her to drink abut more? Also, how many baths a week would you all recommend?

See if she will lick baby food off her nose like most beardies will do, there's water in it.

Ok cool good idea, just something like mushed up butter nut squash?

Anything that they normally can have, but I always look at the back of the container some of them have other ingredients in them beside the veggies and water, I won't get those ones just in case it's bad for them. I buy Beech Nut brand Sweet carrots, green beans, sweet potatoes, and squash. Those have only the veggie and the water in them. I noticed some of the others ones have some kind of acid in them and I figured since they shouldn't have acidic foods they probably shouldn't have that either.

Brilliant sounds like a good plan I'll head down the baby food aisle tomorrow to see what I can find!
