I know that Mulberry Farms (http://www.mulberryfarms.com/) sells them, and I've ordered them from Linda's Gone Buggie (http://www.lindasgonebuggie.com/). I think it depends on where you are located. For me, Mulberry Farms' shipping is ridiculous, and Linda's Gone Buggie is much cheaper (and she's really great to work with). She also offers value packs that save you a bit of money, and you can try different types of feeders to see how your beardie likes them (and variety is always best for your beardie). I'm sure there are other places to buy silk worms, but those are the two that I'm aware of.

I think Mulberry Farms is located in California, and Linda's Gone Buggie is located in Indiana. You can contact them and ask how much shipping would be. It will probably depend on what and how much you order.

My 150 watt halogen heating bulb just fell out of the light fixture and the metal part still in the light fixture. Does anybody recommend the best heating bulb for a 55 gallon tank

Actually a 150 watt bulb seems like an awful lot of heat for only a 55 gallon tank. When I had a 55 gallon, I only needed a 60 watt household light bulb with the basking spot 6" from the heat bulb and Repti-Sun 10.0 bulb. You mentioned that you have a digital thermometer, does it have a long wire & probe end? If so, where exactly are you placing the probe and how long are you waiting before getting the final basking reading?

For the substrate, did you stick the tiles right on the bottom of the tank? If so, that really isn't a good idea because the glue can give off toxic fumes under the lights. Just want what is the best & safest for your beardie.

I have tried every feeder for bearded dragons that I have seen on this forum. I HATED the idea of bringing roaches into my house. YUCKY!!!!! I did break down and get dubias, because I was out of options. I am SO GLAD I now have roaches in my house. My dragons LOVE them. They are super easy to keep alive, the adults look gross, but the young look a lot like rolly polly bugs. I cut my egg crates into small pieces, and just shake the feeders into a bowl. The adults all hide when I change their food, and add water crystals, so I only have to deal with them when it is time to get more feeders for my dragons. Very SIMPLE, and cheeper than anything else, and no stink!!!

Have you had her tested for parasites? If she has parasites, that might explain the small appetite. About how much is she eating per day? How often and what are you feeding her? Do you feed her in her tank?

Some days she eats a lot then other days she barely eats. I feed her in her 55 gallon tank. I feed her mustard green, brocoli, and apples an hour after i turn on her heating lights and she barely touches it and then around 6pm is her live food.

For her salad, the mustard greens are very good, but the broccoli and apples should only be given rarely. Broccoli is high in oxalates which bind to calcium, and fruit should be given only as a treat because beardies can't handle a lot of sugar. This website is a great guide on beardie nutrition: http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html You can try to offer her a variety of foods suggested on that website to see what she likes.

You said some days she eats a lot. How much is a lot? What types of live food are you offering her? Also, you really should be feeding her live food at least twice a day. Each feeding should be 10-15 minutes long, and you should let her eat as much as she wants in that time period. What time do her lights come on and go off? She should have at least 2 hours before and after each feeding so that she has time to warm up and digest her food properly.

You said before that you have a Repti-sun 10.0 tube for her. How old is it? They need to be replaced every 6 months because they start to not emit as much UVB after 6 months of use. How often are you dusting her feeders with calcium powder and vitamin powder?

I have only given Angel crickets. Angel decided not to like collard greens last month and will not touch them anymore. I have only given Angel mustard greens, brocoli, cannelope and apples so far. I have her lights on 10 am to 10 pm. The reptisun 10.0 is only couple months old. I dust Angel food everyday with calcium and vitamins.

You said you are only feeding her once per day. Are you letting her eat as much as she wants in 15 minutes? About how many crickets is she eating at each feeding? It would really be better for her if you feed her live food twice a day.

You should not dust with both calcium and vitamins every day. The guideline for beardies under a year is to dust one feeding per day 5 days a week with calcium powder and the other 2 days a week with vitamin powder.

I have found out my little girl angel loves her phoenix worms. How many should she be given everyday. I have been giving her a bunch couple hours after her lights are turned on and another batch around dinner time withe her mustard greens. She just had a shed so she is eating alot more. When I give my angel her phoenix worms i put them in a bowl of water to get the bedding stuff off so she wont be eating the stuff that comes with the phoenix worms then I put them in her feeding dish. It this ok or it their another way to feed her the phoenix worms. I just want to know how much to feed her so she grows the way she is suppose to be. She is only 10 inches long.

In order to make sure that she has enough protein to grow properly, you need to feed her as many phoenix worms as she wants in 10-15 minutes at least 2 times a day (this can be over 100 phoenix worms every day). She'll know when she's full. If you don't let her eat as much as she wants, she won't grow properly.

That's fine. My girl doesn't digest them really well if I give them to her in a bowl because she doesn't take the time to chew them. I have to give them to her one at a time. If Angel is digesting the worms and not swallowing them whole, you can just put them in her feeding dish. Just make sure you give her as many as she wants in 10-15 minutes twice a day.

It would be better for her if she has access to the mustard greens all day long. So if you can put them in her tank in the morning, and leave them there throughout the day, she'll have more time to eat them.

Hope that helps :)

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
