The End for baby Sascha, what do I do

She may respond with a better UVB source....not your fault, they sell these and some dragons get by with it but some just just don't get the proper UVB from them. Can you take her out in the natural sun for a bit ? Just hold her with you or put her in the short grass if it's not blazing hot out.

It's 7:30 here and theres not much sun left, but I'll take her out in a bit.

You mentioned that your basking temperatures were around 90F? Those temperatures for basking are not quite high enough to help with digestion & for proper health. You will need to try to get the basking temperatures up to a range of 95-110F with a cooler end of 78-82. Are you using a digital probe or a temperature gun to measure the temperatures?
I agree, I would recommend changing out the UVB light to either a Reptisun 10 tube bulb or an Arcadia D3 12% tube bulb, either one. I feel she would do much better. I doubt she is absorbing her calcium very well without good UVB exposure.

My dad wants to lower her body temperature to put her down so that she won't be in pain. Would that hurt her? is she already in pain? She's started having tremors and twitching.

I'm sorry that she's in such a condition. Can you get her in the sun today ? Have you gotten more water in to her ? Lowering the temp. won't really speed anything up....some people used to say to put them in the freezer, but that's very cruel . You might as well continue to try to help her, at least you'll have done everything you can. Tremors are more neurological , probably from low calcium, and not really painful. If you can get her blood calcium levels up it might help so try to get her in the sun. If you could get a Reptisun 10.0 tube bulb it might help.

I don't think she'll make it the day, I think I may bring her to the vet to have her euthanized. Poor Sascha ;n;

I brought her to the vet and had her put down. I'm glad she's not in pain anymore. I'll miss her.
