Hey all,

My little guys are in need of separation and I am in the process of building their new Vivs. I just had a main question based on my design idea. I was going to go with a fold down front to gain access to the viv. My idea is to put a screen there to see through as well as on top for the lighting. This idea came from the fact that my brother used plexiglass for the front of his and you can barely see through it any more. I would used additional heating if the temps were to start dropping too low, but just wanted to know the opinions of the community.

Any comments are greatly appreciated so that I can finish this project quickly.

Sliding glass is your best bet. It doesn't scratch like plexiglass, and still holds in the heat.
