taking naps(PLEASE HELP)

ok so lately Dasher has been sitting on my lap after school while I'm doing my homework, that's fine. but recently he has nuzzled his way into my jacket and taken a nap for like 20 min. I just wanted to know if that is a-okay. I'm sure he's not brumating, so my question is is it ok for beardies to take a nap during the day?

Most all of my beardies will fall asleep while laying on my chest or shoulder.
Of course the littlest one doesn't yet he is still a zoom zoom beardie.

Beardies love sleep. Cori will freak to be out of the tank and once he is out he will nuzzle up and take a nice snooze.
