Taking ages to shed

i will start by answering this:

How old is your dragon? almost 5 months
How long have you had your dragon? scince he was a month old
How long is your dragon? not sure bout 15 to 20 cm
What is the sex of your dragon? male
What size enclosure do you have your dragon in? 2 ft by 1 ft but moving him to a 4ft by 2 ft tank
What type substrate do you have on the bottom of your tank? newspaper pellets
Do you use UVB lights? yes
If so, Is it a coil, compact, fluorescent tube, or Mercury Vapor bulb? its a tube
What is the brand name and number of your bulb? Wattage (if MVB)? its a desert somthing and i gives out 7% uvb and uva
How old is your UVB bulb? i just got it last week
How close can your dragon get to the UVB? he is about 30 35 cms from it
Do you use a separate basking bulb? What kind and what is the wattage? tank is too small for 2 bulbs
What are the basking temps? too small for basking
What is the cool side temp? too small for hot and cool sides
Do you take the temps with a stick on thermometer, a digital thermometer with a wire and a probe end or a temp gun? a t-rex stick on one

Where exactly are you taking your basking temps?
Do you use a heat rock or heat pad? i have a heat mat but im not using it
What do you feed your dragon? Please be specific. alfalfa sprouts and crix dusted every day with calcium and d3 powder
How often do you feed and what time do you feed (morning, afternoon, night)? i feed him brekky bout 4 and then i feed him in the arvo bout 6
Do you gutload (feed) your crickets, worms, etc? yes
Do you use vitamin or calcium supplements? What brand(s)? How many days a week do you use each of them? its repti-cal calcium and d3 powder and i dust his crix every day
Is your dragon having regular bowel movements (poops)? yes he poos every day
Do you bath your dragon? How often? once maybe twice every 2 days but has been more cuz he is shedding
Do you mist your dragon or offer water other than in the bath? not anymore
Does your dragon share an enclosure with another dragon? nope
Have you gotten a vet check and fecal done? nope


ok so this is the problem...

he started shedding about 2 weeks ago and his head and legs came off fine but his body and tail still hasnt come off yet and im worried cuz i heard they can get the blood flow cut off if it doesnt come off!!

i doubt he needs to go to the vet cuz he is fine in all other areas. the last couple of times he has shedded fine with in a week but i dunno now

so if theres somthing i can do or not doing somone tell me cuz i dont wanna wake up to a really sick beardie. hes my little dude and i love him please help me!!!!!!!!!

as beardies get older they do not shed in complete shed like a snake. They do different body parts at diff times.
You may want to check out your temps better. They need a spot to bask.
