What is the rule of thumb of what size horn worms and silkworms. My horn worms have gotten big, too big I think. I'm not sure what to do with them. Also, a lot of my dubia are too big. What do people do when these bugs get too big for their dragon? When they shed they will turn different colors gray darker sometimes black on the tail or dark brown opaque white

Ok your screen is it a fine mesh like a screen door or a wide holed type?Hi Karrie,
I got my 24 inch 12% Arcadia light in. How far should I put it above the basking spot? Thanks for your help?
It’s a zen habitat screen so I think fairly wideOk your screen is it a fine mesh like a screen door or a wide holed type?
ok it needs to go in the tank ---- please use this to hang it w/ GE 15 ft. Cable Ties, Hook and Loop Spool, Black-10375 - The Home DepotIt’s a zen habitat screen so I think fairly wide
Thanks so much for that info! Another question that I had is that I bought a new piece of decor. It’s sort of an upside down U shape. Different areas on this new decor are different temperatures and in a couple of spots it is over 110°. Is that OK will he just be able to go to the areas that are the temperature he needs or should I try moving it around to get the entire thing so it’s All under 110°?ok it needs to go in the tank ---- please use this to hang it w/ GE 15 ft. this is like a Velcro strap cut into strips and wrap around the fixture it works really good
Please place a piece of decor directly under the UVB approx 12-15 inches and replace the bulb in approx 1 year I recommend one month prior to

Yes inside tank for a fine screen mesh if it's a wide holed type it can sit on top 8-10 inches- directly above the basking decor for both placementsI have the HO, but just wanted to double check if 12-15 inch distance from the basking spot is the correct distance for the HO bulb?
