oh the dreaded TAIL SHED!!!
if his tail is white-ish, dull, the typical "about to shed" color, he is just having a stubborn tail shed. i have found that with my beardie, her tail takes the longest to shed. sometimes it seems like FOREVER. something you CAN do if you have an aloe plant, just break a piece off and rub it up and down and all around her tail. Make sure you do this right before lights out, b/c you dont want them to bask in freshly applied aloe. This has always helped mine shed
Also, if you
bathe your beardie, continue with the warm water soaks ... i know it can be frustrating!! tails are usually the first to get dull and the last to shed. ha! as long as its not turning black and he is acting normal, then i wouldnt worry. if its a PIECE of his tail that is keeping the shed ... you can very gently brush it with a toothbrush while he is in the
bath. You can do this for the whole tail as well if you would like.
HOPEFULLY one day soon you will walk in the room and he will have started his tail shed!!!
Best of Luck!
