SymtonBSF sent me dead larvae?!!

Ordered two days ago 1000 small BSFL from SymtonBSF.com and with high hopes I opened the box and found every last bug dead. What do I do? They have nothing but a help contact email thing I can't call anyone and I really want my money back because my dragon won't even look at them. I did try emailing and am waiting for a response.

I'm sure they'll get back to you and make it right. I've had good dealings with them so far. Was it exceptionally hot recently? Perhaps they overheated on the way to you.

I really hope that they do, but I'm sure thats exactly what is was, they ship from Texas I'm in AZ and in both places it gets rather hot. I would think some kind of ice pack would be included to help with this issue.
