Just bathed my beardie. She has a swollen rear ankle and a red hard lump on her ankle. She is active walking and has not appeared to be in any pain or discomfort but what the heck is it!

It's an infected insect bite.
I've seen similar on people from earwig bites.

If it's weeping puss, it's in need a urgent vet attention.
Some will suggest raw unpasteurized honey but if there are insects in the tank (rogues) they will be drawn to it and will attack the wound for it.

Then should she go to the vet and get it lanced? Or you mean she has to live with that bump. No weeping puss.
