ok so how hard is it to breed superworms and how many should i feed a full grown beardie? so far just using crickets but would superworms be better and how do i go about breeding them ?

There are a few guides on here already on how to breed them. You can even find some really good ones on youtube.

As for feeding, it usually depends on the dragon and how big it is.

Based on what I've read, superworms are as good as crickets. I've been feeding ours them for a few days and he seems to like the break from the crickets. Plus, I can throw them in with the greens, he comes running. They sell them in "Small" sizes..100 qty's.. three or four seem to filll out little guy up for a while.. he's 5-6 weeks old.

I'm not sure if the superworms are as nutritous as the crickets and depending on the size of the baby they can cause impaction b/c of the shell.. They should be about 16inches in order to be able to digest them correctly.. Phoenix/Reptiworms are great they have just the right amount of calcium and nutrients therefore there is no need for dusting.. I had to find something other than crickets for Scarlett to eat b/c she hated crickets.. So I order the reptiworms from www.reptiworms.com

I did order the Phoenix worms, their just not here yet and he "noms" the worms just fine at this point.. He's chewing them, not a swallow and gulp..

I've been alternating the Crickets and the Worms, seems to eat both just fine, the worms fill him up faster..3 or 4 of the small worms seems to load him up for a few hours.. takes about 10 Crickets.. more of the really small ones..
