Supers for 5 month old

So as written in the subject I have a 5 month old thats somewhere around 15 1/2 maybe a little longer now. And her staple bugs are roaches and she loves them but yet again i have some issues with shipping anyway they should be here by wednesday I had phoenix worms that I was giving but they quickly ran out so yesterday she ate about 19 supers for the day and today she ate 14 the first sitting. Before I was only giving them as treats (3 or 4 here and there) but since there's nothing else I've been giving supers. So I was just wondering because supers have this reputation with younger beardies should I only offer a certain amount, should I let her have as many as she will eat in 10-15 min? I also offer her veggies. I'm giving her small supers around an inch long. And she's been pooping fine, no digestive issues.

The recommendation is at least 16", so you'd probably be fine as far as that goes, but I would still only feed as a treat or secondary staple, with dubias, crickets, BSFL, silkworms, or hornworms being the main, but that is just my opinion. Some people feed supers exclusively and have fine, healthy dragons, while others have not-so-great experiences. It's up to you

no .... wait til he's about 12 months old to give him superworms (even as an occasional treat).

If you want to give worms, try medium sized silkworms.

Supers are fine, but not in that amount. There's a big risk of vomiting when supers are fed in large amounts, esp. to a dragon that's not used to them. She' ll be fine eating 7-8 at a time, but not more than that as other bugs become available.

AHBD is 7-8 enough because I currently don't have any other feeders my roaches get here thursday, hopefully. They ran out last friday, friday and sat I fed pheonix worms mixed with supers then they ran out also. She is a big eater she eats a lot of roaches normally. I had started giving supers as a treat so she has been eating them for a few weeks. But since now there's nothing else. I started feeding them off. She hasn't had any digestive issues, been pooping fine. Also these worms are small I ordered them as micro not realizing they were literally micro...lol. Now they have grown but they're barley an inch long, and pretty thin. This morning she ate 17. Thanks?
