today i decided to buy some small superworms from my pet store and bigger crickets to save some money. ive read that bearded dragons have to be atleast 16" to eat superworms but since these are much much smaller then the big ones i think its good but i dont know. the small supers are about 1/8 of the size of the big ones but im still scared of impaction with them. now for the crickets i switched from 3 week old crickets to 4 week old crickets where about 1 and 20 have the wings which scare me since i know how hard the shell is. my bearded dragon is 12" from his nose to his tail. when do you guys think its good to switch to bigger crickets and when those small supers are ok? i just want to keep my beardy healthy and so far its going good i just dont want to ruin that with feeding to big of crickets and supers and the pet stores really aint much help with this kind of thing.
