Okay all of a sudden my male will not eat hardly anything. He will eat crickets on occasion, though I offer them 2-3 times daily and he ignores them. He has ignored silk worms and roaches too. In the greens department, he will eat dandilion and turnip greens, but usually I offer him other foods and he just turns his nose up. He's losing weight and I'm worrying about him. Brumation was no problem at all. He slowed down a little but that was it. Could this be an after effect possibly since he didn't actually brumate? I offer him squash, ziccinni, collard greens, dragon chow (the little dragon pellets) mustard greens, pretty much you name it, I've offered. I even tried fruit just to get him to eat. He ate a small piece of strawberry and a small piece of bananna. He just won't stop eating dandilion and turnips. Is this a bad thing? I want to offer him different foods but he will only touch two! Any reccomendations on proteins and such that he might eat? He will eat cooked eggs here and there. I was told by my vet that it can make up for his lack of cricket eating and as long as it's cooked it's okay for him. I guess it's better than nothing. My female doesn't mind. She eats everything and me experimenting with foods to her means she gets to taste test for me. Thanks for any advice. I just want him to start eating SOMETHING else. I feel like I'm depriving him.
