hello everyone! I wanted to know if it is common or dangerous that I think my beardies growth is stunted.
He is going to be 2 years old this upcoming August and he is rather fat but appears to be still the same size as a juvi.
When I first got draco he was just a hatchling so obviously he grew a lot within a few months but then all of a sudden stopped. I used to keep him in a 30 gallon tank and I recently switched to a 40 gallon breeder to give him more room and added more decorum (branches to reach uvb)
my lighting consists of a long Reptisun 10.0 desert light running across the top of the tank and then a 150 watt heat lamp on his hot side. his cool side reaches around 80 85 degrees and his hot side gets anywhere between 95-110.
I feed him crickets and many types of greens and fruits on occasion I just don't understand why he is no longer growing it is worrying me.
he seems very healthy (not sluggish, very active, always eating) but his growth remains the same.
also his tail does not grow because it was nipped as a hatchling before I purchased him.
but the space between his eyes is so small that I cant even make the switch from small crickets to medium sized or large and I don't know why he isn't getting larger over time! thank you for reading and please respond ASAP!!!
any input or knowledge in comments is greatly appreciated.
