Stress Marks all the time?

During winter time, he should be getting 10-12 hours of uvb. I will normally turn everything on about 10:30 in the morning, then everything goes off at about 10:30 at night. My beardie got really black for about two weeks until he had a really disgusting, weird looking poo. After that he's still a little gray all the time, but not nearly as bad. Weird thing was, he was regular the whole time. lol
