Strange Looking Poo? Possible Gout?

So my tiny one just excreted this mess today. When I first got him, he had perfect movements, though theyve started to get a little more watery. This one, however, is just totally weird. He regularly goes every day or so. Food is an escarole/endive mix (everyday) and about 5x/week, 10 small superworms (under 1" long) or Carnivore Care when I run out and can't get to the pet store.

Backstory that may be relevant - I rescued Tiny 8/6 and he weighed 63g at 12 inches. As of last Friday, we were up to 100g and still at 12 inches. Most has been gained in his belly, but his fat pads are filling out and he is in the midst of shedding right now. Vet visit and fecal said he was healthy aside from being underweight, but warned he may be at risk for gout, warning signs being a watery urate. He does not have swollen joints.

Hi there....Tiny looks pretty good, I see what you mean about weight gain being in his belly though. You're doing good by getting him to eat greens, keep that up ! You can also try collard, turnip dandelion and mustard greens as well. Superworms are O.K, but not an ideal staple for a growing dragon....crickets, + dubia would be better choices, but I know they can be expensive and sometimes difficult to keep. But they have more protein which a growing dragon needs. The Carnivore Care is good as a supplement. As for his poo, it's just likely because he eats his greens well....sometimes that's how they poo. It can change at times to look odd, but that's not necessarily a health problem. And I've never heard that watery stools are a sign of gout....I see no sign of gout on Tiny. If you see swelling of the limbs, that would be a sign of gout. But Tiny looks like he's doing well under your care....just try to get some crickets and/or dubia for more protein.

I echo AHBD's comments. It looks like you're doing a good job with him. I don't see signs of gout either based on those photos. Keep an eye out for swollen fingers and hands if you're concerned about that. As far as the poo goes, just keep an eye on it. Look for trends of abnormal or unusually smelly poo rather than the one off issue. If it's a once or twice occurrence then it's probably nothing to worry about.

Tiny is sure a great looking dragon! He has a little belly on him, too.
I have had dragons with gout in the past but not presently & he doesn't appear to have any signs or symptoms of gout.
The stools do change according to the food types that are eaten. Since he is still growing, you can definitely change things up on him, to see what helps improve the stools. Does he seem to be digesting the supers ok?
Since he is still a little small, I would limit the supers since they can be harder to digest. Usually we recommend not feeding them until they are around 16 or so inches in length so that they can digest them easier.

I figured the small supers would be ok for him but the current shipment was much bigger than expected so he'll be getting pet store bugs for a while instead. I really hate crickets to be honest but if I have to I will. Pet store has 1" dubia. Too big, right?

He did get some butternut baby food and strawberries in the past few days. Could be the change there that changed the stool.
