Staple veggies/greens.

Can some one please list staple veggies and greens. Right now I have my beardies salads as mustard greens, custard greens and curly greens. But I want to add more to their salads. I have 2 adult females. I want to add veggies to the mix. But I get confused on what is a staple veggie and what is a treat veggie.
