Something is stuck in my bearded dragons vent plz help

MY BEARDED DRAGON HAS POOP STUCK IN HIS VENT BUT I SEE A SMALL YELLOW BALL STUCK RIGHT ON THE OUTSIDE TOO AND HES HUFFING AND PUFFING BUT ITS NOT WORKING FOR HIM AND HE LOOKS PALE AND I SEE HES IN PAIN SOME ONE HELP PLEASE I HAVE A PICTURE BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO POST IT SOME ONE HELP
