Some concerns about my Charmander!

So ive been on this site for 6 months and everyone's been super helpful and I've always tired to return he favor. Anyways Charmander has been showing some strange behavoirs. To start she does this thing where she puffs when she breathes she does it a lot when she's basking when I pick her up when she sleeps. You can see the beard rise and she does it like three to four times before she stops. She is on the fat side rather big and a little out of shape. She also has been having diaherra lately which smells but not horrible like described with parasites. I have been worried about that bc I brought in a rescue in turned out to have pin worms. They never spent time together and Char hasn't touched any of Buddhas decor that hasn't been sanitized first. She also isn't very active just sits and basks barely moving most of the time. She's been eating fine lately but score recently she didn't. She goes through eatin spurts one week she doesn't eat very much then the next she scarfs down crickets like its going out of style. Her beard has also been swollen very noticeable. Can anyone help me with this her husbundry is as followed:
Temps basking: top: 109-113 a little high bottom: 89-95
Temps cool: 75-85
UVB/UVA: reptisun 10.0 brand new got it yesterday before that zilla 15 watt it's mounted inside he tank.
Substrate: 90% tile 10% astro turf

I would do a vet visit and a fecal check for parasites. They can pick up parasites from crickets, so even if she was parasite free previously, she may not be now. At bare minimum I'd do a fecal check, but a vet visit is always a good idea when you observe strange behavior and it continues for more than a day or 2.

Its great that you changed the UVB light to the recommended one!

Depending on what exactly the puffing behavior looks like, it could just be letting out heat while she basks and her stressing a little when you first pick her up.

The puffing seems to happen when ever she moves maybe she's just really out of shape
