My bearded dragon is 7-8 months old (11-12 inches long), lives in a 40 gallon tank, uses paper towel for substrait, is kept in 90-120f basking side, 75-80f cool side, has rocks, an 18 inch reptisun 10.0 UVB light, has a hiding spot and an underheater for night (where it gets low around 65f). The lights are turned on at 9am every morning and go off at 11pm every night, she eats anywhere from 20-35 crickets a day (gut loaded and usually powdered), mustard, collard, escarole, endive, yellow squash, rep-cal juvi food, occasional green beans and snap peas.
For maybe 2 months she has had diarrhea or at least smelly green poop, the vet told me that she only had a minor level of coccidia and that it nothing really to worry about. However, she keeps having smelly diarrhea which is killing me, had a black beard for a while which went away after maybe a week and sneezed a few times a day (thought I minor respiratory infection, but she seems fine now, that was maybe 2-3 weeks ago). She has been attempting to hide a lot lately (all day if she could), she comes out and waits for me to drop in the crickets, eats, then disappears again. The last couple of days I just took out her home and she has been basking, but the instant I put it back she hides. She eats anything I put in her cage so i'm not overly worried about her, but she has also become aggressive as of the last few days.
Can anyone else see something I am doing wrong, or something which can help relieve me of the smelly green poop?
