Small patch not shedding

Hey let me know what you folks think of this.I'm not positive how long it's been like that, 5 days at least I think. If it was larger I wouldn't be as concerned but being a small area it's odd. I've given a couple warm baths. I may be premature worrying.

That little band may just be a bit behind. I don't see anything to worry about yet. Hopefully it will just pull free soon without issue. Keep an eye out for signs of it constricting the tail but aside from that I'd just let it be. Sometimes one part takes longer to shed than another. My guy has a sheddy nose for about 3 weeks now. His chin has shed twice in that time.
