sizing of phoniex worms

My two beardies are both about 3 months one is 11.5 inches and the other is 12 inches what size worm do you think is best?

If you go on phoenixworms.com they show a picture of each size compared to the size of a penny so you can see how big. I would say the "size between their eyes" rule would apply here as well.
