Hi all, I have a quick question, does the size of a dragon influence the dragon if she lays infertile eggs? Like if you have a REALLY small dragon, will she survive laying infertile eggs?
Hi there....how small is the dragon ? It depends on over all current state of health. Many small dragons lay eggs just fine. Many stories of egg binding are actually among over- bred thin dragons , or also obese dragons. Small size is not an indicator of egg laying trouble. I had a 10 month 15" female lay 1 single infertile clutch this spring. She ate like a horse and never batted an eye.
He is still to small to be sexed but we call Gabriel a he, but he is 6 months very ashamed of that, he is my sister's dragon, and took over his care about a month or so ago. He has a huge tail nip 6'', if he didn't the nip he'd be 8-10'' I think. He is growing but I don't know if he is going to get very big. Just hoping lil Gabriel is a male
Overall he is quite healthy and starting to have that non-stop shedding cycle as I call it, shed head and limbs, then body and tail then head and limbs then body and tail and so forth.
You won't need to worry about that for a long time then....if it is even a she ! Just take good care of him/her + enjoy without worrying about the what if's.
I May have slight paranoia lol, I get these episodes of paranoia where I think something then it eats me up inside. But thank you very much! I had to ask otherwise it would have driven me mad.
