Silkworms-Any better food????

From my constant research i read where this food is high in calcium,low in fat-perfect food.Plus it has many other advantages over other foods.I would appreciate other great foods that you know of other than the common ones we all know.

Calci-worms or repti-worms are really good.

I use phinoex worms (misspelled i know) There basically calci worms just from a different company I uselly get small size so they dont die as quickly being 80-90% callcium makes the healthly for the beardie and mine loves em

Hornworms and dubia roaches are other great feeders.
