The temps at night are about 74 right now. Is saline more effective then baytril?
I would get your night time temps up to around 80 - its going to help his immune system - no colored bulbs for night - you want a CHE ceramic heat emitter or a heat projector -- Tracie will haft to answer the med question

Hello,

The Saline solution is very effective, but depending on the severity of infection, the Baytril would
likely be more effective for a stubborn infection.

Hello,

There is a sterile saline solution that you can get at most pharmacies. Or Tractor Supply may have
Ringers saline solution that you could use & dilute slightly for nebulization. Baytril probably wont be
available in stores. If you want to try to use that, you can PM me here on the forum & I can help with
that.
The Saline solution does not have chemicals in it, nor does just a regular saline solution. It isn't an
antibiotic like the Baytril is.
How is he doing today?

Is it possible you could send me a photo or a link to the saline solution to use it seems like all the ones I see have chemicals and I would greatly appreciate, knowing exactly what to get

Swordtail has been doing a whole lot of "Lizard yoga" lately
Currently trying not to stress over my anemic dragon....she is being treated, but I don't agree with her treatment plan and have been seeking out a second opinion from another vet. If anyone else has dealt with anemia, please let me know how it was resolved. I am losing sleep over this
Another post lol. My beardie does not like enclosures. Her tank is the kids room and she has created a nesting/bed spot in the corner. She will cuddle with my son but she know when the lights are out and the kids go to sleep, she literally goes to her bed like she is our 3rd baby. I love her. And to think, I never wanted a beardie lol
Please help. My beardie is my baby and I am worried she may be egg bound but I can't tell. She is over 2 yrs old and has never laid an egg. She has been swollen for two days and can't tell if she may be impacted or egg bound. Please help.
I'm still looking to adopt. I live near Homerville Georgia.
