My Bearded Dragon Fat Amy has been acting really wierd lately and I am very concerned. Her setup is as follows:
75 Gallon aquarium converted to terrarium
Substrate- foam cabinet mat.
Uvb- Reptisun 10.0 two months old
Basking spot- 100 degrees ambient is 84
She gets 3-4 dozen calcium dusted crickets a week and gets a salad everyday of mostly collards greens because she refuses everything else. She is 1.5 years old. She gets baths every 1-2 weeks.
The Problem- She refuses to leave her house and is not very active. Her lights are on a timer and when I wake up, her light are on but she is still in her house and she stays ther all day. I then have to remove her hat and put her on her rock to warm up. She will stay on it for a little while, then get off and walk to the other side and lay down. She also isnt pooping regularly and I have to give her baths alot to get her too poop. She also has stress marks on her belly. At first I thought it was a bad shed because she wasnt shedding all over her body, just in some places, then that passed and she still acted the same. I also think it might be brumation but she seems to be awake in her house not asleep which is suspicious. She did do something like this last year around the same time period which makes me suspect brumation. What else could it be??? I have researched extensively on bearded dragons and I believe my setup is perfectly fine but I am very concerned for her. If this persists I am going to take her to the vet. Plz help.
