Should I use the vitamin and calcium supplements?

I have had my awesome bearded dragon Vully for a year now and I'm not sure whether to give him supplements. Lately he has done some weird things like shaking his head side to side and sitting on the wrist of his back legs. I just want to know if this is metallic bone desiese and requires the use of supplements. I'm also worried about his hydration I spray his veggies every time I put new ones in but I don't think he is getting enough what should I do?

Yes to both ( Ca and vit supps )

my calcium and vitamin dusting schedule is

calcium on the crickets who are also gutloaded using calcium rich greens (buk or pak choi) 4 days per week

calcium + vitamins (about 1:1 mixture) on the crickets on the weekends.

I dust all my crickets quite lightly, don't want the dust caked onto them.

I don't ordinarily mist the greens and veg, plenty of moisture in them already as well as in the live bugs.
