Should I feed my beardie if the heat bulb is out?

I'm out of town and my dad is taking care of my beardie. Today he told me the heat bulb went out, even thought I only had it for 2 months... Now I'm not sure whether he should feed him or not, since there won't be appropriate temperatures for him to digest his food (my dad said it's around 26°C). On the other hand tho, I've read that babies and juveniles shouldn't go without food for over 24h. He is around 9 months old, the UVB is working and he's getting a new heat bulb tomorrow. What should I do?

(Sorry if it's not the right category, I'm new to the forum)

Yes try and feed him ----- he may not eat and it wont hurt him to go w/ out a day of not eating either-
