Shipping Dead Loss

hi guys
i just ordered a 1000 superworms from great lakes hornworms
and now im picking out what seems to be a quite substantial amount of dead loss
the package was delayed by UPS
so i just was wondering what you guys considered an acceptable about of dead loss when shipping insects

I can tell you right now that I have not heard one bad thing about Great Lakes Horn Worms since they've started. I've even referred some of my customers looking for hornworms to them. Have you tried to contact them to see what they can do for you? We all make mistakes and a good company will make them right whether they are at fault or not. I would bring this issue to them and see what they say.
