Shelf liner question.

After doing some research it seems like shelf liner is a good option for the bottom of Estiniens tank so I went out and found this. Is this what is recommended?

i'm really not sure. i've used that type in my kitchen cabinets before and the padding on the bottom wound up disintegrating. and got all over the place. it very well could work fine, but personally i wouldn't take the chance of that same thing happening and the bits being eaten.

I believe there is a marble one on the list similar to the one you posted

Ended up getting This one and it will arrive today. What's the best way to go about cleaning before I install it and after he poops on it? Lol

I would wipe it down with warm water and white vinegar.

When he poops on it just a tissue or wet napkin.
