Shedding!! (my first time) what to do?!

Nah, you don't need to get a piece of sandpaper, that's not gonna do much. If you have anything in your house that has some bumpy edges to it, that'll help. Best common example I can think of is a sturdy statue. Otherwise, you can run down to your local pet store and pick up a chunk of Mopani wood, my beardies all love it for rubbing on. Any rock will also work, as long as it has some rough edges.
And lol on the human recipe, I'm a college student and I hate wasting food, so as soon as I found out I could use squash as a staple, I found some recipes
