I've had Phoenix now for almost 3 months. She's approx 7-8 months old, according to her breeder. She was just beginning a shed when I got her in early September. Since then, she's had one partial shed, only shedding her tail. Starting yesterday, she's started getting gray like she's about to start a new shed, this time over her whole body and head.
My question is this: At her young age, should she be shedding more often? Every other reptile I've had has almost seemed to be in a constant shed because of their quick growth, and I wasn't sure if she should be shedding quicker? She is growing pretty quickly. I unfortunately did not measure her when I got her, but right now she is probably between 12-14".
