She Wont Open Her EYE! please help

I got Boise for christmas, she is about 5.5 inches long. She is eating well but her right eye wont open. i gave her a bath and it was open for a few seconds. other than this, she wont open her eye. It doesnt seem to be swollen or puffy. She has a reptisun10.0 uvb so this shouldnt be affecting it either. when in the bath her stress marks are gone and her eye is slightly better, but everywhere else they comeback and her eye is closed. WHAT SHOULD I DO!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

It's a ReptiSun 10.0 tube shaped bulb, right? (not a coil or compact)
Also, how long was she under the Zilla coil UVB bulb?

Yes it is the reptisun10.0 tube shaped bulb. She had the Zilla coil bulb for 3 days
